Robyn Jean explores resilience and cultural identity in Australia, using symbolic materials and dolls to reflect on memory, history, and community, inspiring creativity and the making of personal doll figurines.

This three-hour beginner workshop, inspired by Robyn Jean’s great-grandmother at Moore River Settlement, teaches doll-making using hemp fabric, tea staining, sewing, embroidery, and paper decoration. 

Participants create personalised dolls reflecting resilience, creativity, and cultural history, guided in a friendly, supportive environment.
