ARTIST BIO
Mary Ann Dawson is a multifaceted artist with a background in graphic design, currently working in painting and ceramics. Exploring the world of mud and curious about ceramics, her studio is a place to experiment. From matte finishes, gloss, to vibrant hues, she delves into the unpredictability of the glazing and ceramic process.
She is an experienced workshop facilitator, having delivered arts activities at festivals, public events and on community projects for many years.
Mak Mud Studio is shared with her husband Kevin, and is open to the public during the Mundaring Hills Open Studios.
